I offer massage for relaxation as well as massage that targets specific areas of the body with the goal of decreasing pain and assisting with healing. I use Swedish, deep tissue, and contract-relax techniques to help you get the most out of your massage. Massage is an awesome element to any wellness plan - it can decrease pain, increase mobility, and help the body flush out toxins. These benefits help us to do more of the things we most enjoy.
My personal training sessions are tailored to your needs, whether that is to build strength, recover from an injury, or to simply feel better and have more energy. I can incorporate therapeutic exercise techniques as well as more traditional “strength” workouts that involve lower repetitions and more resistance. I look forward to helping you with your unique fitness goals!
